Our story
Bomba lives on W 14th Street in the heart of the West Village — a place where the bread arrives before noon and the shelves are restocked throughout the day. We bake in small batches, source from regional farms, and treat every item on our counter like it belongs there. Whether you're grabbing morning coffee or planning dinner for the week, we want this to be the stop you look forward to.
What we do

Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal loaves — baked fresh each morning with naturally leavened dough and locally milled flour.
